Digital downloads are available immediately after purchase. You will receive a PDF with instructions on how to access your download. Our downloads are available 24/7.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We ship worldwide from the UK, Monday - Friday with DPD, DHL or Royal Mail tracked delivery service.

Once your order has shipped (as a small business we ship orders up to three times a week) you will receive an email containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number. If your order was placed on Friday, we aim to ship on Monday.

We pack and ship orders ourselves, and once your order leaves our studio, it is in the hands of the delivery service and outside of our control. Shipping times, while often fast, are entirely dependent on the delivery service and not of Mindhaus.

Just to be absolutely clear,

ONCE YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR STUDIO, IT IS IN THE HANDS OF THE DELIVERY SERVICE AND OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.

It's essential to understand that any delays or issues that may arise during shipping are the responsibility of the delivery service, not Mindhaus.

We strive to provide accurate estimates of delivery times, but please bear in mind that these are approximate and depend on the efficiency of the delivery service.

Mindhaus is happy to assist customers with any shipping-related inquiries or concerns, but please note that the resolution may involve liaising with the delivery service.

Once an order ships, we can only access the tracking information, which is also provided to you for transparency. Once an order has been marked as ‘delivered’ by the delivery service, we must assume it has been delivered. If you encounter a situation where your order is lost or doesn't arrive, we kindly ask that you contact the delivery service directly, as regrettably, there is little we can do once the order has left our studio.

PLEASE NOTE:

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

  • Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.

  • Mindhaus does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

  • The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the UK), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

  • If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to the UK, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Mindhaus.
