Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

Our products include digital downloads containing valuable information, which cannot be returned. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds. Products that include physical items are quality checked before leaving our studio, but if your item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace the item for you.

Replacements must be requested within 28 days of purchase, and proof of damage or defect will be requested, such as a photograph and description of the defect or damage. We will also require your order number.

We cannot offer store credit, exchanges or returns.

Filing a chargeback under false pretenses constitutes fraud. We actively report fraudulent disputes to relevant authorities and payment processors, which may result in the restriction of future purchases or banking penalties.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly at contact@mindhaus.co.uk before attempting a chargeback. We are happy to assist in resolving any concerns.
